For 4 people you need:
600 gr boiled potato
More than a dinnerspoon with Dijon Mustard
1 red onion
Olive oil to your liking
Vinegar to your liking and then add some more
1-3 spoons of capris

Pork loin - salted and prepared - about 600 grams
Boil the potato until done. Mix the sauce and add the potato in pieces. Let it rest for 30 mins. Get thin layers of the loin. Serve and enjoy!
